Please bring the following documents to school for application: 
1.Copy of birth certificate 
2.One student photo (pasted on the application form). 
3.Four envelopes for reply, with the student’s Chinese name and Chinese address written on the cover and sufficient postage ($2.2) beard on them. 
4.Application fee of $40.
